Braai/Barbeque Cape Town Style...




This last Sunday I had a great time with my family. We celebrated my wife's Birthday and our wedding anniversary. We had salads: Potatoe, noodles,cucumber, tomatoe, lekker cold salads for a nice warm day. We also got some garlic roles and put them on the fire. The chicken, chops, ribs and sausage was deliciously braaied by my brother in law. We sat on the lawn in Wynberg Park and my daugther and two cousins was playing blistfully in the park....What a day!

Does any one have a speacial secret for a sauce or spice for braai meat?
